IT Business Analyst, Software Development, Scrum is required by our services organisation based near Salisbury Wiltshire. Commutable from Devizes, Andover, Bath, Amesbury, Swindon, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Marlborough. Hybrid-Working

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU NEED TO HAVE LIVES AND WORKED IN THE UK FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 5 YEARS AS YOU WILL BE PUT THROUGH SC CLEARANCE

For the first 3-6 months you will be required to work on site in Salisbury 2-3 days per week. Following this, hybrid working predominantly working from home but willing and able to work on site at the office when required.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of working as a BA in a IT/Software development environment with experience of Scrum.

Our client are currently going through a period of significant change.

They require an IT BA who can focus on digital transformation looking at as is- to be status ie looking at what the client have now and improving processes with technology during this exciting period of IT Change.

The role will involve requirements gathering for Software projects and bridging the gap between the business and developers.

Skills required

Relevant experience analysing and documenting complex business processes

Strong knowledge of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems

A proven track record in Software Development

End to end experience of the project life cycle

Relevant experience interacting directly with end users.

Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience of asset management systems, ideally Maximo would be advantageous.

Any experience of working within central government, defence sector would be beneficial
