Driving License Needed

An exciting role offering flexibility and development. In this role, you will ensure that projects are completed for clients under a timeline, support and install business applications, software packages, printers, network equipment and Servers. Additionally will be responsible for existing and new 365 tenants following best practices. As well as the 4-day working week you will be provided opportunities for your continuous development with vendor certifications and Microsoft, and CompTIA certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping calm under pressure and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels while taking ownership of and progressing projects.
  • Ensuring that Projects are completed for our clients with a high level of customer service and within the original scope timelines.
  • Onboarding of existing 365 tenants and review and remediation of any inherited issues and creation of new 365 tenants in accordance with best practice.
  • Supporting the Support Desk Sales team to ensure clients have a positive everlasting relationship.
  • Liaising with suppliers and third-party IT companies to gather important information required to complete Projects.
  • Creating and providing handover document for Helpdesk.

Expectations:

  • Primary customer-facing point of contact, Project Engineers need to convey confidence and understanding whilst projects and dealing with any issues arising.
  • Expected to be focused on the business requirements of the customer.
  • Project tasks are to be kept up to date with work done to allow transfer of work between colleagues.
  • Driving License - Mileage allowance or company car provided.
