Methods are currently looking for a Security Cleared, Construction/Estates Project Manager. The individual will have extensive experience in planning and delivering medium complexity, multi-skilled construction projects with values ranging up to £5M.

Essential

Technical Skills:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, ISEB Certificate or Equivalent Project Management qualifications.
• Demonstrable significant experience of planning, monitoring and controlling projects using PRINCE2, APM or other PM related methodologies.
• Extensive experience in planning and delivering medium complexity, multi-skilled construction projects with values ranging up to £5M.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including the latest versions of Microsoft Project.
• Significant experience in the assessment, mitigation and management of project risk.
• Knowledge of global logistics processes, risks and issues
• Accreditation in the Management of Risk (MoR) and its application in a project management environment.
• Have project management accreditation/membership with APM.
• Experience of using Microsoft Project On Line
• Demonstrable ability and experience in the procurement and management of construction contracts (NEC3/4 or equivalent)
