Junior IT Support Engineer Contractor - Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Junior Engineer to help us on a contract basis, with potential for extension.

About the Role:

As a Junior Engineer, you will work either independently or alongside our Lead Engineer on various technical tasks including:

Installing network and Point of Sale (PoS) equipment.

Executing data cabling projects.

Setting up VoIP systems.

Handling desktop installations and moves.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently install and configure IT and network systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during installation.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.

Skills and Experience:

Hands-on installation skills.

Some IT and networking experience is desirable but not essential.

Strong problem-solving abilities and practical thinking.

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary.

Contract Details:

Flexible working hours, initially likely to be 2-3 days per week.

Work will primarily be conducted during mornings, afternoons, or evenings based on client needs.

This is an Outside IR35 contract, allowing you the flexibility of managing your own tax and National Insurance contributions.
