Data Scientist & ML Engineer- Lead Generation

We are looking for a Data Scientist with exceptional SQL skills to help a leading fintech organisation increase and optimise their prospecting strategies.

Using data analytics and ML to analyse and uncover valuable insights, which can be used to segment and target more streamlined lean generation process. You'll need a strong finance/payments background, strong SQL skill and experience working on a similar project.

It's critical that you can execute the technical parts of the contract, but just as important are the communication and presentation skills and you'll be working closely with multiple internal teams including sales, marketing and reporting back to senior stakeholders.

Experience in data science with a focus on lead generation and new business development in the finance or payments sector.

SQL and data preparation, cleaning, and manipulation.

Expertise in building and deploying machine learning models, related to customer behaviour, segmentation, and propensity analysis.

Ideally, you'll have worked with Salesforce (data/pipeline) using Snowflake Data Connectors

The role is a hybrid position (2'3 days per week in London), working for a leading global fintech/payments company. Starting as a 6 month contract with a good chance of extension.
