C++ Software Developer (5g Mobile Core Network Software) (Permanent)
Location: Cambridgeshire Country: UK Rate: £55,000 - £65,000
Our customers who specialises in developing core network software are looking for a C++ Developer to join their hybrid working scrum team.
You must be willing to work from home with very limited on site work. 1 day per month
In this role you will be dedicated to writing 4G and 5G core network software for the companies flagship suite of products.
C++ Developer
£55,000 - £65,000
1 day per month on site in Cambridgeshire
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code
- Work closely with other engineers to develop new products using Agile/scrum
- Work on extensions of existing products
- Suggest and implement improvements on current products
- Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing modules
- Development of the next generation mobile core network software
- Resolve issues proactively to deliver high quality products
Skills and experience
- At least 3+ years of experience developing C++
- Good understanding of Telecomm protocols
- Must have experience/exposure to working on 4g & 5g core network projects
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with GCC and Linux
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with algorithms and data structures
- E2E software development life cycle experience
