D365 CE/Dynamics CRM Business Analyst

We are urgently hiring for a talented and experienced D365 CE/Dynamics CRM Business Analyst to join our client in Japan. As a key player in our dynamic organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform.
Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and document functional specifications.
Configure and customize D365 CE to meet the specific needs of clients, including but not limited to entity customization, workflow design, and business process flows.
Perform data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
Provide training and support to end-users on D365 CE functionalities and features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in D365 CE and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Assist in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal preparation.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of X years of experience working as a D365 CE Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Experience in gathering requirements, conducting workshops, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Proficiency in configuring D365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows.
Experience with data migration activities using D365 CE Data Loader or similar tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE are a plus.

Fluent in Japanese and English languages.
