End Point Technician (Contract)

Location: Bloomington Illinois Country: United States of America Rate: Open
 

A prestigious company is on the search for an End Point Technician. This will be a 6 month long contract and can be located in Bloomington IL, Alpharetta GA, or Minneapolis MN. This role will be a tier 2 support role and they are looking for someone with 3+ years' experience of end user support. The key to this role is Windows 10 migration experience with some SCCM.

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities are:

  • Supporting and maintaining hardware including Laptops, Desktops, and Virtual Machines for the Windows 10 Migration effort.
  • Including, but not limited to the following technologies: Backup/Restore issues, Business application install issues (SCCM), O365, Outlook, Skype for Business, MS Teams, SharePoint, RightFax, Proofpoint, Chrome, Edge and IE browsers, Mobile MS Office applications and SCCM.
  • Supporting and maintaining peripherals including networked printers, MFPs, headsets, monitors, and signature pads.
  • Supporting and maintaining Endpoint Security clients. Participation in an on call Rotation.
