The Help Desk Specialist provides timely, responsive, and accurate support and problem resolution to the Firm's lawyers and staff. Responsibilities include receiving and logging calls, emails, and voicemails; troubleshooting end user incidents; fulfilling service requests; and providing proper escalation and follow-up on all issues.
