We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead engineering strategy, execution, and innovation with a strong focus on AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, and RPA, delivered at enterprise scale in the cloud. This role will define technical vision, build and lead high-performing engineering teams, and drive the development of intelligent, automated platforms that deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical credibility with executive leadership experience and a passion for applying emerging technologies to real-world problems.

• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps, and innovation goals.
• Lead and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams across AI/ML, automation, platform, and cloud engineering.
• Establish engineering best practices, standards, and operating models to support quality, security, and scalability.
• Drive the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
• Oversee development of intelligent automation and RPA solutions that optimize workflows and decision-making.
• Partner with data science, product, and business leaders to identify and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Lead engineering efforts across cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ensure platforms are designed for scalability, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Champion modern architectures including microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.

• Set technical vision and architectural direction for next-generation platforms and products.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to drive continuous innovation.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and investment cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Security, Data, and Operations leaders.

• 12+ years of engineering experience, with significant leadership experience at Director or VP level.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering AI, LLM, automation, or RPA solutions.
• Strong hands-on background in cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience defining technical strategy and delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

• Experience building or integrating generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and workflow orchestration tools.
• Background in data platforms, analytics, and ML pipelines.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
