• Drive our Front End technical vision through cross-functional collaboration with design and Back End teams.
• Build sophisticated, responsive Vue.js applications that handle complex B2B financial data and workflows.
• Continuously improve our Front End engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale our codebase, productivity, and team.
• Recruit, interview, and develop high-caliber Front End engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility.
• Engage with customers to understand their workflow challenges and translate them into intuitive Front End solutions.

• A minimum of 5+ years of Front End software engineering experience, with a proven track record leading and delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Must have extensive experience with Vue.js and modern Front End ecosystem (Vue 3, TypeScript, state management, build tools).
• Strong experience building complex, data-heavy Front End applications, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
• Expertise in modern Front End technologies: TypeScript, CSS/SCSS, responsive design, and Front End testing frameworks.
• Strong desire to work at an early-stage company, building Front End systems and processes from the ground up.
• Willingness to engage directly with customers, understanding their workflow needs, and translating them into exceptional user experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Front End engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• A commitment to continuously grow and master your craft, with a relentless focus on customer pain points and how to address them through superior Front End experiences.
