Job Title: Network EngineerLocation: Burbank, CA (Hybrid, 3x per week onsite)Compensation: $150K - $180K + Discretionary Bonus + 100% Benefits Covered for You and DependentsWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Burbank, CA, three times per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.

As a Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring high levels of security, performance, and availability.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures to meet business requirements.Configure and maintain network devices, including Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks technologies.

Ensure network security through best practices, firewalls, and other security measures.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business projects and deliver network-related solutions.

Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting processes.Conduct network assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies.Provide technical support and training to junior network engineers and IT staff.

RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Palo Alto Networks technologies.Network protocols, security principles, and best practices.

Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing complex network solutions.CCNA, CCNP, CCIE and Palo Alto Networks certifications are preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
