We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to manage and fuse data from multiple sources of intelligence, allowing them to assess, monitor and alert on intelligence in direct support of vital national security missions. We develop and deploy FADE's software platform on AWS cloud environments and edge devices to best support our users where they need it most. What you'll get to do:Own the execution of a mission partner's intelligence requirements on FADE to achieve great outcomes for end-users that matter.

You'll collaborate with FADE's talented software developers, experienced operations integrators, the customer, and end-users to understand mission needs, build a responsive vision, and ensure it comes to life. As bureaucratic and technical roadblocks arise, you'll work with government and technical counterparts to remove them and optimize the team's execution velocity. Throughout the product development lifecycle (listen/design/create/test/deploy/iterate) you'll monitor and report on progress to key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:U.S. CitizenCurrently holds an active TS/SCI clearance preferably with a recent polygraphBachelor's degree in an engineering disciplineUnderstanding of software and systems engineering principlesFamiliarity with agile development methodologiesA bias toward action on behalf of user needsValue for honesty and transparency with team members and customersThe ability to collaborate, problem solve, and debate potential solutions with peers to determine the best approach The attitude, aptitude and willingness to learn current technologies and improve upon your knowledgeThe ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and escalate issues and tear-down roadblocks Minimum 7 years of experience working as a systems engineer or in a related fieldDesired Qualifications:Experience in managing project of medium to high scale and complexityAn understanding of the Intelligence Community's Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (TCPED) process and how to reduce friction for usersFamiliarity with a variety of geo-spatial data types, data fusion, and analytic methodologiesFamiliarity with REST services, cloud computing (esp.
