What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead, mentor, and coach a multidisciplinary engineering team to build a high-trust culture
• Collaborate with product teams to create executable technical roadmaps from partner needs
• Conduct architectural reviews and assist in complex debugging sessions to maintain system integrity
• Manage the operational performance of team services, ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for external partners, effectively communicating complex system constraints

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading engineering teams and 7+ years in software development
• Proficiency with JVM/Scala or React is preferred
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and robust API design
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize long-term system integrity while building MVPs
• Proven track record of developing junior engineers into senior roles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with travel technology or fintech products
• Experience in managing B2B integrations and public-facing APIs
