This position is located at the Florida State Hospital in Chattahoochee in the Office of Information Technology Services.

DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for administering Departmental Security policies, reporting security incidents, and security awareness. Other tasks such as audit responses, security site surveys, inventory compliance will also be required. Use software security tools such as Tivoli Identity Manager, Microsoft Active Directory, and other custom software to provision, modify, or de-provision security profiles for internal staff and external customers This is technical work involving the analysis, development, design and implementation of comprehensive management information systems and/or integrated subsystems.

EXAMPLES OF WORK

Administrating the departments identity and access management solution as well as the security software suite including antivirus, data loss prevention and encryption.

Provision/enable user accounts, access controls, grant permissions, and maintain accurate documentation for internal and external customers using the departments identity solution and 3rd party tools and systems.

Assist and produce audit responses and reports for internal and external requests.

Complete requests for service within agreed timeframe and acceptable quality standards. Assist in the technical support and troubleshooting of other technologies related to department security suite and applications.

Identify, evaluate, document, and report security identified risks to IT Management.

Performs related work as required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES

Knowledge of Windows/UNIX (Linux) operating systems. Knowledge of Systems Administration techniques and practices in a Windows/UNIX (Linux) server environment. Knowledge of Tivoli Identity Manager required. Knowledge of McAffee Enterprise Protection Suite. Knowledge of McAffee ePO. Knowledge of McAfee VirusScan + Anti Spyware Enterprise. Knowledge of McAfee Endpoint Encryption. Knowledge of McAfee Endpoint Encryption for File and Folders. Knowledge of McAfee Endpoint Data Loss Prevention for Endpoints. Ability to install and configure software packages for Windows/UNIX (Linux) operating systems and configure related hardware components. Knowledge of LDAP and Identity/Vulnerability Management Systems. Knowledge of SQL and database servers. Knowledge of application servers. Knowledge of HTTP Servers (Apache/Tomcat). Knowledge and skill in configuring and upgrading computer systems. Knowledge and skill in hardware and software problem detection, isolation, and resolution. Knowledge and skill using Windows tools, utilities and diagnostic tools. Knowledge of network security concepts and techniques. Knowledge of network services, tools, concepts and implementation. Knowledge of TCP/IP concepts and configuration. Ability to use Microsoft Office including but not limited to Microsoft Visio. Understanding of RAID, SAN, and storage solutions. Ability to design and plan infrastructure solutions. Ability to interpret technical information relating to server programs and server hardware. Ability to communicate technical information clearly. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent customer service interaction and a positive attitude.

SPECIAL NOTE:

  • Preference will be given to applicants with training or experience in IBM's Tivoli Identity and Access Management system.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with training or experience in Microsoft's Identity and Access Management systems.
