Candidates must be able to work on-site in Stoughton, MA.
Responsibilities
- Determine the required materials and maintain orders.
- Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Track production volume and monitor customer demand patterns.
- Schedule and oversee the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Analyze and respond to a variety of reports to manage order backlog.
- Liaise with the customer, operations, and purchasing.
- Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, etc.
- Resolve any issues that arise, such as price discrepancies or missing inventory receipts.
- Assist in determining whether excess inventory is subject to re-distribution, sale or disposal.
