The Digital Data Analyst will work with the eCommerce team to track and measure web KPIs and provide data analysis for marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Analyze site performance, trends, and customer behavior through scheduled and ad hoc reporting and analyses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize and organize campaign strategies and quantify results of online marketing initiatives
  • Become power user of Adobe Analytics and other analytics and CRM tools to perform KPI measurements and channel trend optimization
  • Help establish and track departmental web metrics and setup regular executive level reports and marketing channel specific dashboards
  • Extract and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data to monitor and measure digital traffic activity, trends, visitors and their behaviors while on the website to support funnel optimization
  • Gather, structure and analyze data; present findings and actionable recommendations to inform decision making
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and quantify potential gains
  • Provide insights on data trends and anomalies, and recommend enhancements to drive revenue and provide a superior user experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years relevant experience with digital analytics
  • Knowledge of analytical methods and statistical concepts; strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Metrilo, etc.
  • Strong sense of curiosity and high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to convey information clearly and concisely
  • Proven problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to form hypotheses and draw meaningful patterns/insights from multiple data sources
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in building/managing dashboards and dashboard tools
  • Knowledge of constructing tagging and tracking methods in Google Analytics is a strong advantage
  • Accuracy/attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team, to meet your own and team-based objectives and goals
