Responsibilities
- Senior Data Warehouse Developer will design and implement data warehouse architecture, including data models, schemas, and ETL workflows
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, or dbt to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Create and maintain source-to-target mapping specifications for ETL development
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- As a Senior Data Warehouse Developer, you will perform performance tuning of SQL queries and ETL jobs
- Develop and maintain documentation for data warehouse processes, workflows, and architecture
- Support reporting and analytics teams by providing clean, structured data for dashboards and BI tools
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data warehousing and cloud platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data modeling techniques
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses and version control (Git)
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
